Wrong order

I ordered good yesterday at steers hatfield l,they delivered the wrong order from drink to burger which only had steak,too much sauce n rotten tomatoes, when i called in to lodge a complain their excuse was that they couldnt see what i ordered clearly yet they have send me confirmation of my order with the correct order, n i never received any help. I dont see myself eating anything from this horrible restaurant and i hope you fix this kind of service
