Wrong order and store does not believe me even after I sent pic….

I placed an order for double cheesy macon king steers sharing meal online with Steers columbine drive Thru at 18:30 pm and the order arrived it was so cold, the patty was 1 1 on each burger and they are burnt….They gave me wrong Burgers…They are not double instead they are single and cheaper than what I paid for…It is now 20:10 pm and my child is starving…This needs to be sorted out please I need your assistance and when we called to let them know they say they have to check cameras they will get back to me…Now my child and I should starve while they decide to check cameras this is totally not acceptable….I even sent the Lady pictures but still she is not buying it…I now had to uber to Debonairs for another meal as my kid does not want these wrong burgers I need to know the way forward this is not right my money and my time, data,airtime and starvation wasted this time of the night…I need your help please
