Wrong order and not a single correction
i placed an order to steers COLLECT DRIVE through the online service once the order was delivered i realized it was wrong and told the driver to get the branch to call me after this once i opened the order i realized more was wrong and had to call the branch as no one got back to me , the manager did not answer the call and i did not get any call from the branch. i called the branch back on the 1st of February and spoke to the manager that heard my story and said he would call back in 5 minutes it is now 4 days and i still haven't received a call back from the branch . i called them now again they said they would get back to me but they did not apologise or anything at all they attitude and service is terrible.

08 Feb 2018, 10:29i Have made a call to the branch again on the 5th of Feb spoke to the manager but still havent gotten any feedback he again said he would call me back but im still waiting now 3 days later.

13 Feb 2018, 11:24Note i just got off the phone with steers again now for the 3rd or 4th time. they havent been any help that i actually told them i dont need there help and i will sort it out on my own but they sent me a case number and said it has been resolved but it hasnt case number of 374128.

08 May 2018, 11:37Just because you respond you make it seem as if the issue is resolved the issue is not resolved. i got a call from your customer care but nothing since then and that was two months ago please tell me what kind of service is this with absolutely no follow up.
