WRONG ORDER
Called steers Rivonia at the Engen garage and placed an order for 1 box wacky Wednesday beef and 1 box wacky Wednesday chicken. Collected the order and when i got back to the office i saw the order was incorrect (they gave me both boxes beef) called and advised them that 1 box must be changed to chicken. an HOUR LATER they bring the order but it is beef again! i called backed and complained that its past 3 and i have lost my appetite and that i want to be refunded my money which they did. Unacceptable to get the order wrong twice. Having to have no lunch for the day. While waiting in the que earlier a lot of people was complaining as well. seems like Steers Rivonia at the Engen Garage messes up a lot. I will certainly not go there again.
