Wrong Order

I am at my wits end with Steers at the Grayston Centre. For the second time, i was given a burger i did not request. The first time, i requested a crispy onion bacaon burger with chips for collection, as i work in an office park around the corner from the Grayston Centre, i picked the burger up and came straight back to work, to my dismay i couldn't even identify what type of burger it was, but it did not have bacon, no onion and i requested no tomato on the burger, this burger had tomato, i was very busy at work, so i picked up the phone and laid a complaint, the manager said he will send the correct burger in a few minutes, i think removed the tomato from my burger, knowing the other burger would take long to get to me and i ate the burger. After i was called to reception, there was a bald headed gentleman with the burger, he then asked for the burger i had picked up, i advised him that i had eaten it because i was hungry and he left. Today, 31 October 2018, i went to the Steers at Grayston once again, and ordered a Jalapeno Mayo burger with chips and no tomato(Order#94), again i was rushing back to work, when i arrived back at work, i firstly noticed my burger was not in a box but in packaging, and immediately thought it was the incorrect burger, but i decided to open the packaging and there i found the tomato just staring at me. Again i am hungry, and i have eaten my burger, but completely disappointed that this Steers keeps getting my order wrong . I have taken a pick of the tomato on my burger as proof
