Wow guys, just close if you cant handle it

We had a terrible experience with Steers St Johns branch in Pinetown yesterday. We ordered 2 kind steer meals at 11:39. it was meant to arrive at 12:19 according to the lady I was speaking to. Her name is Lungi. We sat and sat and sat. Eventually, about 4 calls later, Lungi tries to get hold of the branch who said the order was long out and there was nothing they could do at that point cos it was out if their hands. This after doing an online payment and being inconvenienced. I think after 13:05, while on the phone with Lungi, the driver arrives with our order. Lets just say after waiting close to 2 hours, we received cold meals with missing ingredients. It just wasnt a good Steers experience at all. I couldn't even finish the meal, not even all the sauces were there.
