Worst unprofessional steers service ever.

First of all, the food took forever to be delivered, approximately 45 minutes. I then got the food after waiting for the longest time only to find that they did not put in my drink. I was really disappointed and hungry, I called steers in Blue Hills and I had to wait another 3 minutes as they were trying to confirm my order. That time I am not even put on hold, I can hear ecverything they are discussing. I was then told my drink would be delivered but I ould only get a coke zero(for what I do not know). I just agreed to whatever because I was really getting annoyed. I then receive a call from their delivery guy(30 minutes later) telling me he had a breakdown and could only bring the coldrink the following day. I angrily told the driver to make a plan as I couldnt have my meal without something to drink,he then responded and told me he would bring it after the breakdown has been fixed. I then receive a call from the same guy telling me he had left my coldrink at reception. Talking about poor, unprofessional service gosh. Steers should consider taking its employees to training.
