Worst then Eskom sies

So I'm so upset ,steers zevenwacht is the worst service ever ,1st time we ordered food it was late and after more than 2 hours and speaking to customer service we received it ,2nd time Coke wasn't with ,I just let it be and did not complain, 3rd time we ordered the chips wasn't with and drinks and milkshakes spilled over because it wasn't covered ,today I just had enough, I ordered and at 14hoo online 4 times wth success, phoned 2 to place telephonic order have yet not received it ,when I phone to enquire about it ,phone was put down in my ear ,so really this for me is the worst service ever I experienced everytime I buy food their ,it's a disgrace,sies.
