WORST STEERS IN TOWN. SOON TO BE CLOSED

I have now been to Steers Newtown Junction three times. The service is the worst I have seen at any Steers. They insist on using only one till. The rest of the staff just stand there. It takes forever to get service at the till since the queue is so long. Then after you wait through the long queue then starts the long wait for food. And because you can see the food being prepared, you can tell when your order has not been attended to yet.

The last time a customer who was waiting in front of me got angry, she told the cooking staff where to get off. The guy preparing her food simply rep****: It's not like complaining is going to help you get the food any quicker. Part of her order was medium chips. I also bought chips. They didn't even bother to fry the chips. They were attending to the burgers and just the burgers. And even worse; one person was preparing the food while the other person seemed to be dedicated only to ice cream. Each time I've been to this Steers, people always leave and opt to go to the KFC across. And by the looks of things telephone orders get priority over those taken over the counter.
