Worst Steers branch ever...

I've been wanting write this report for a good few months, and every time I visit this branch I need to make a mental note to do it. Well, my most recent visit was Monday and the service is just as ****py as it was on every other occasion. Firstly, the ice cream machine is broken i.e. this mixture does not blend properly, is weird cream colour and melts in seconds ****erally). It has been this way for months and still no repairs. Management is aware of this, and all they say is we are aware of the problem and have reported it - to who?. Secondly, the drive window rarely has someone manning it. You have to hoot and call for service and once you've ordered, you wait 20 minutes or more (once 35) in the queue even though you're the only friggn customer in the drive-through. They never communicate with patrons waiting and on more than one occasion I have to leave the drive-through to enquire about the delay in the branch because no one mans the pickup window. This is really one branch that brings down the quality of the Steers franchise name. They have complete and utter disregard for their patrons. Disgusting.
