Worst steers

Hi I'm absolutely annoyed by the service I received from your branch in maponya.I placed an order and 2 payments were taken from my credit card, I then received the order at 11:30 pm when it was cold ad I was already sleeping.you sent an email and said money will be refunded in x amount of days which has passed. I went to the branch and the manager and he assured me I'll get the money on the 30th on Friday. I go to the branch on the 1st and the manager has the audicity to tell me he cant help me because he needs proof which is the bank statement. Of which I give him and he tells me about another week. I'm disgusted at the service.i want to lay a formal complaint I always order from your restaurant I can't believe I'm being treated this way.
