Worst service Tsakane mall @Steers!

I ordered a meal at 16:31 and scheduled a drop off for 18:15, only for them to deliver at 20:04!! When I tried to call and enquire they put me on hold and the next thing they were gone! Then after they didn't take my calls until the delivery guy called me for directions 2 hours later!
