Worst service Steers Columbine

Worst service ever from Steers columbine.. I placed an order and paid.... I was so hungry... they accepted the order for delivery next thing an our later I get a call from delivery guy telling me they not gonna deliver and his going back to the restaurant and I must just wait for refund process.... how unprofessional did they think that I ordered for a reason, wich is I'm hungry and the time they responded and saw they can't deliver did they think where am I gonna get food cause I paid and waited for a whole hour for nothing... and I'm just supposed to wait for business hours to be assisted further with my refund... The manager kept saying I don't listen to him and it's a process... when I asked him why they didn't advise prior and why make me wait an hour no valid answer Steers columbine is the pits
