Worst service received and I will not go back until its resovled

I just like to add that your call centre service is absolutely ****. I've been trying to resolve my order that was wrong and have to an extra hour for the correct order to be made. I ordered a share meal 3 and received number 2. When asking to be compensated I got told I can get a cooldrink on my next order. I do not feel the need for the Team Leader Bongi I think his name is had any leadership s****s and he is still calling me back and it's nearly 2 month. I placed and order and had to get out of bed on a rainy night for an error made by you guys. I would like to have this resolved asap. Your customer care is useless if I have to say so and the manager in both call centre and store is not customer service centric.
