Worst service in the world.

I ordered food from steers Mankwe in Mogwase. It took an hour for the food to be ready, then the driver called to confirm address and only came 30minutes later to deliver us cold food. We were really hungry so we are the burgers but not the fries because they were burner badly.

I then called the store and spoke to Tshepiso Chiloane who I believe is the manager, I expressed my complains about the food and she laughed at me, and said she will call me back.

After 15minutes of waiting I then decided to call the shop again, she claimed she was going to call me back, she is held up, their store is busy on Wednesday.

What upset me was that she never apologised and assumed she can just send me another pack of chips and the matter would be resolved. I requested an email address that I can use to complain internally she claimed she didn't have it, hence I took the matter to hello Peter.

I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalismn portrait at this branch.
