Worst Service EVER! Steers Walker Drive, Port Elizabeth.

I went to go and buy an ice cream with a flake. Everyone got one. But when it was my turn the machine magically broke. Card already swiped. I paid. The lady that helped me and the white owner didn't apologize or say sorry for the inconvenience. Or asked me if I would like something else instead. Or give a burger on the house. Nothing. They gave me R20 cash out of the till and turned around and started helping out other customers.

Worst service ever. If you want BAD service visit Steers in Walker Drive, Port Elizabeth.

I am going to post this on FB, TWITTER, anywhere I can. And their attitude is like they don't want to be there on a Sunday or even at work for that matter. The owner stood in front of me and did not even say a word. Just got on his cellphone and started phoning people. I DEMAND a free FAMILY meal for this *** service.

I always support them. And they don't even have the decency to say sorry or offer me to buy something else.
