Worst service ever

Usually I give away several chance and hope for a better service at steers cosmo city. I have been ordering mjojo meal several times using the app and I don't remember a single day where I was happy with the quality and temperature of my food. It's either the food is messy or cold. But I'll just let it slip and try to be human and understand the dynamics that restaurants sometime face. I am now zero tolerance at this steers restaurant. Wednesday I ordered 2 x mjojo burger meal.. to my suprise the pineapple was missing. I tried to reach out to the restaurant and I was promised that they will get back to me. Until today I haven't heard anything. I am so disappointed in the worst service I have received so far and promise to never waste my money again at cosmo city steers.
