Worst service ever

Steers Kromboom is the worst of the worst, I’ve placed an order via phone call at 19:50, an hour later I phoned to find out where my order was, the phone just kept ringing and ringing, and ask me to wait to speak to a manager which never materialised. I am current at steer time now is 21:34, and I’m still waiting on this order. Should steers have the decency to contact me I’ll show them the time stamp of this incident. *** Yaseen.
