Worst Service ever.

On Friday 24 October 2020 I ordered food from Steers Sam Ntuli mall in Kwanele via the steers app for deliveryof which a delivery fee was added...my order never arrived. I was really upset and disappointed as I didn't make any other supper arrangements. I called the call centre 3 times and at some point an agent dropped the phone on me. Every agent I spoke to advised me they will be contacting the store manager and ask him to go e me call. Nobody called me and nobody had the decency to tell me that the store is closed and my delivery will not come..instead they advised me my order will be delivered and that I should just hold on.
