Worst service ever

<p>I placed an order at 18:07 on 30/04/2017. After an hour i called to find out where my order was and i was told that it was being delivered. At 19:30 i called again as i havent received my food and the lady Valerie told me that she would call me back. My food arrived at 19:45 ice cold and 5 minutes later Valerie called me back. I told her that my food was cold and that this was not the first time that my food gets delivered after more than an hour. She got her manager by the name of Cecil to call me and all he told me was that if i order again i must speak to him directly. My family and i could not enjoy our food as it was cold and our milkshakes were hot and the incorrect sizes of the milkshakes were given. I am very disappointed and we will never order from steers lenasia south again. </p>
