worst service ever

<p>A group of us was as your Shell Ultra City Bloemfontein Steers Diner on Saturday the 23 April and the service we received was shockingly poor to say the least . I places a order for over R1000 worth of meals . firstly the ladies behind the counter throw all the burgers into one bag when I asked her which burger was which she rep**** I have to open the burgers and check for myself . I then asked to speak to the manager and there was 2 manages on duty and both of them was not in the store .</p> <p>A casher Lerato got my order wrong 4 times and when I mentioned it to them they made comments in a language I did not understand .</p> <p>The manager Mike was unwilling to help and refused to refund my money .</p> <p>I am concerned that after me spending my good money this is the type of service we received cold food , incorrect orders and most importantly unhelpful rude staff.</p>
