Worst Service EVER !!!!

<p>Hi</p> <p>Last night My girlfriend order a steers meal , a milkshake and orange juice at Brackenfell Steers. When the driver (Unknown name) delivered, all our food was cold. He didn't bring the orange juice, when we asked him where it is, he told us but we never ordered orange juice. I showed him the slip stating the orange juice. He then got very aggressive and told us but he doesn't work so long at night and he doesnt want to go all that way to bring it back. So we said we PAID for it, we PAID for delivery. he then rolled his eyes to us, with a extremely bad attitude, he said he will go fetch it. after almost 1.5 hours (we already waited 1 hour for food) , he still didn't pitch. I phoned Steers brackenfell`s manager who advised he left the store about a hour ago.We then waited ANOTHER 30 minutes, he still didnt come. He phoned us after 9PM saying he`s on his way.</p> <p>This is NOT on! this is the WORST service I have ever received.Steers was my favorite and I will just not order from them anymore with attitudes and services like this, for something I paid for</p>
