Worst Service Ever

Lifestyle Crossing Steers must be loosing customers left, right and centre. We went to get wacky wednesdays on the 21st. The shop was not busy at all, but only realised that it was not busy as everybody was asking for refunds as they had waited for their food for over 45 minutes. Food was just not coming out of the kitchen at all. Me been the fool, waited as the kids wanted Steers. When we received our food a whole 40 minutes later, it was just slapped together. The tomotoe was about 5 times the normal slice of tomotoe, it was virtually the same size as the patty, which tasted like cardboard, as I am sure it had been over cooked. The last thing I wanted to do was to take it back as it would have been another 45 minutes wait. Nobody from Steers came forward to inform us that there was a problem, if there was one. I have never had to wait for a take away for so long. What are you doing?

I received a call from the manager informing me that they had a gas problem and he apologises. I asked why did he not inform us, he said he has not idea, but sorry and good bye. My question is so how did you manage to cook the patties to taste like cardboard? Did the gas also have to do with slapping the burger together and having a tomotoe the same size as the patty? Strange CUSTOMER SERVICE.
