Worst service cold food

I made an online order. Was called from the branch in vanderbijlpark CBD. They did not have pineapples she asked can she change it for bacon I agreed. I was then told my order will arrive in 45 minutes. After 47 minutes I called in to enquire about my order. I was told that the driver has a lot of orders and he will arrive soon, I did tell her that as soon as my food arrives and it is cold I will not pay for cold food. she said that she cannot phone the driver and ask him how far he is but it is fine. after a total of 1 hour 37 minutes my food arrived cold. after I told the driver when he arrived that I'm not gonna pay for the food he wasn't very happy I cold in again and I was told that there is nothing that they can do if the food is cold. I paid the driver got hold of the managers telephone number guess what manager is putting the phone down in your ear or ignoring your calls. Got a call from Monica when I explained to her my complaint she put the phone down in my ear.
