Worst service at Steers Cosmo Mall

The customer service at Steers Cosmo Mall is very poor plus the loud music. If I were to list all the bad services I or the other customers experienced at this franchise, I would run out of pages.

I went in today and the cashier (Tshabalala Gugulethu) got my order wrong, she was very rude with a smirk on her face, not even caring that she got my order wrong. I'm surprised that she works at the front desk with the kind of attitude she has.
