Worst service and food ever!

I ordered steers's single beef Rib Rack combo with fries and coke yesterday on their app. After an hour of waiting I received a notification that my food had been delivered. when I get to reception there is no food and I wait 15min before contacting the Woodmead store. The lady said the driver had left about 15 minutes ago with my food, she will call him to find out how far he was and call me back. she did'nt call me back. I waited a further 10 minutes the driver arrives and he has no cold drink with him. I open the ribs and its 4 pieces of small burnt ribs that were basically inedible. I tried to complain via their customer care but no agent was available to assist me. I am extremely disappointed and angry at the service and meal I received because I have bought this at other steers and it looked and tasted nothing like the **** I was given yesterday.
