Worst Service

I have had the worst experience with Steers Maponya Mall. I placed an online order for delivery at 12:32, It's 15:23 and i have still not received an order or any sort of communication to explain the long wait. This is totally unacceptable. I called the Steers call centre at 14:20, they advised the driver is on the way and will call me. i called again at 15:10 which they then gave me the restaurants direct number. i spoke to a gentleman who advised he is checking my order then hung up. i tried calling the restaurant again however there is no answer now.
