Worst service

I have placed and order from steers mabopane square at 17:15 2022/02/25 and was told it will be delivered between 30 and 45 minutes. At 18:30 i called again as the order was not delivered yet and i spoke to a lady called Faith and she said i shoul bear with then as they are having abusy day and she assured me my order would be delivered soon. At 20:00 i called again to check my order and they transferred me to a manager called Albert who said to me they did not receive my order. THE PERSON WHO TRANSFERED ME TO THE MANAGER WAS ABLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER. So i waited 3 hours for nothing. Instead of them apologizing they canceled my order and told me they can't pick it up. I will never buy from Steers or Debonairs again
