WORST SERVICE

The worst experience at the Steers at Bloemfontein showgrounds on the 7th March at 20:14 . We are at the drive thru and the was no one to take out order at the order booth so we move to the collection booth the were a number of people there and we ask them if its open and its takes forever to get an answer qe persist and ask if can order and the attitude was horrible and the lady takes the wrong order and the guy at the till Thabang asks for ordet and we tell him . Only for him to get it wrong and the ended up requesting a refund and left no apologies no nothing. Disgusting service to say the least.
