Worst Meal Ever

Hi

I went to your Steers branch in Voortrekker Road in Goodwood. I bought one of your specials that's R34.90 It's called a Phanda beef burger meal. I then got my meal and off I went. When I got at home and started eating my burger and I'm telling my husband this burger taste burnt I then open the burger and all I see a burnt burger. I immediately throw that meal away even the chips was disgusting. I was so furious and angry because I craved whole day a steers burger and eventually I went to go buy one. I am disgusted to see what you people give to your customers. I'm a regular customer at streers but today you guys just lost a loyal customer. I do not have a slip or anything all I know is my number was number 17.
