Worst food ever!!

This is the 2nd time we buy poor quality food from your Steers at the Engen garage in Springs. The 1st time was late at night coming from hospital and the quality was really bad. So we thought it’s because it was late. Today we bought food again and definitely not of Steers quality!! Again the patties was tasteless and rubbery and the chips was something you can expect when buying from a caravan!! The oil tasted old and the amount of grease was disgusting.. is this the quality one can expect from your outlets at garages???
