Worst experience ever

Steers kroonstad worst customer service ever ********* and *****sters. I use your machine then it hangs and cancels my order but still takes my money off my account I ask the person behind the counter and she tells me just pay again I tell her buy it already went off she tells me she will speak to the manager then just leaves me standing there forever till I get annoyed and say can I just reorder and pay again so I can just eat something then she gets snotty calls manager I pay again for a second time and guess what she captures my order wrong!! How spiteful!! Then they tell me yo come in again with bank statement then they can consider my money back I don’t even stay in kroonstad I stay in jhb must o drive 200km back for my R100 refund are you mad!! For me it’s not so much about the money as the principle of the matter and the disgusting customer service!!
