Worst delivery service ever. Steers Caltex Lion Valley Burgersfort

Tonight I ordered food and some drinks from Steers Caltex Lion Valley in Burgersfort. Once the delivery came the delivery driver only had the food and no drinks. The drinks was 3 x Dragon energy drinks. I had to call the call center twice to get the store to phone me to let me know they are sending the driver with my drinks. Got our drinks finally an hour and half after we received our food. This issue regarding delivery from Steers is a consistent problem. Its either short of the drinks or anything thats not put in the bag with the slip stapled to it. Or its that the take over an hour to actually deliver our order. I really don't know how the people get training to do their jobs but its definitely lacking alot. Especially regarding the way delivery drivers check the orders they are taking for delivery.
