Worst delivery service ever!!

I work for a company in Melrose Arch. It is the second time we order from this outlet. The first time we ordered the food arrived an hour later and ice cold. I thought that maybe that is just once of happening. Today we ordered again - two and a half hours later the order where delivered. Cold as ice again! And all wrong. Asked for two cream sodas (indicated as such on the till slip) but received one coke and one sprite - I do not drink either of the two flavours so thank you I have paid for something I cannot consume. Also the delivery guy did not know how the card machine works, so I had to process payment myself. This is really unacceptable and totally disgusting service. If my money is good enough the service should be good as well. I am utterly disgusted!!!!!!
