WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER

Me and my friends placed an order online from steers and Debonairs, which would arrive together since they are considered synced franchises. Upon arrival, the Debonairs order was correct, but the steers order wasn't. So we sent the driver back without paying, to go collect the correct order. After about an hour's time, he brought the correct order, but the drink (which is usually included) was not present.The food was also cold. At first we were willing to compromise and exclude the drink from the price, but he just stood there, baffled, not knowing what to do next. Then he suggested he return to the store YET AGAIN and bring us the drink (which also arrived an hour after he left). In the end it took them about 3 hours to complete our order. I am also pointing out that the driver was rude. After sending the driver back for the drink, the manager did call us to hear if the problem had been resolved, which it wasn't.
