Worst delivery service

This has to be one of my worst take away experiences ever, I tried the steers app, then after an hour I phoned to get an update (the app did not update order details). I was told the order is en route, after another 50 minutes I called again, the lady told me my order is ready but the driver already left. So, 2 hours later, and the worst service and stale chips ever, I am lost for words. I waited 2 weeks to spoil my son and this is your level of commitment.
