Worst customer service ever

Steers Vredenburg is the most unorganized shop i have seen in my life. There is absolutely no (less than zero) system in place. Why put an order online or phone in system in place if you cannot manage your shop. I ordered 16.15 for pick up at 5 because i have people driving with me. I made them all wait til nearly 5 to 6 I am still trying to relax. Think my blood pressure went through the roof. Also ordered my chicken with a mild sauce and got a hot sauce. You should be ashamed of your customer service. I cannot complain about service because there is none
