Worst customer service ever.

Steers Dainfern's staff don't know what they are doing. I placed an order on 02-12-2020, on my way to collect my order I received a call from steers confirming that my order is ready for collection , when I arrived at the store no one knew anything about my order.

Even after giving them all my details & showing them the confirmation I received, they still did not what was happening. So I asked for the manager & the complaints line number but they kept me waiting for +-15minutes & nobody came anywhere close to me to give me the details I asked for, they rather preferred standing around speaking **** & making jokes.

The worst & most unprofessional treatment showed towards a customer.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
