Worst customer service all round

Had the worst service at Steers Kromboom, firstly the order is wrong which we accepted, then the food is ice cold, when I called the store asking for the manager they left me hanging while I can hear how they talk and no one bothered to get back to me, I will never buy food from them again. I hope I'm the only customer that experience such service as the store is always full
