WORSE STEERS TAKE AWAY EVER

Can someone please do something about the Steers in Isipingo Beach in Durban. I am a huge Steers fan but every time I order from this specific Steers I am left shocked at what the food looks like. the first time I complained to the manager, it was because my patty's were burnt (not just a little, but black and crunchy). the second time I complained was because it looked as though someone put my burger into a washing machine and served it to me - it was a big pile of mess with everything that supposed to be in the bun was out in the box. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered once again but this time the lettuces were brown and sloppy, there was too much lettuce to begin with, the patty's were tiny and hidden in the lettuce and the chips were cold, burnt and very hard. when I complained once again the cashier told me I have no right to complain coz nobody else complains about their food.
