Worse service.... Everytime

Every time I go to Steers Hayfields Autobahn I have a problem with my order. Not once.... But every time something is wrong. Thursday night was the last straw. Got my Mighty King Steer and it was Ice cold. The staff seem not to know who ordered what and everything is a confusion. Left the store already and phoned in to complain. I was told that the owner will get back to me...... Yeah right, 48 hours later and ? Well Steers group you have now lost a customer.
