Worse delivery service

Something Needs to be done about Steers Kroonstad at Panorama Plaza. It is not the first time that I get such pathetic service. I mean for a store that has been there for almost 10years, they simply do not know delivery addresses. I. Mean come on kroonstad is not such a big town. I've been waiting for over an hour just to receive a call that they made a mistake with my order and now they want to re order my order. My lunch time is over and now I will have to work with an empty stomach. Just a pity I never learn from them even if they repeatedly disappoint me every time I order from them. They dilivery service is really inconvenient.
