Worse communication

No communication to staff I had a voucher from old Mutual that I had to redeem with steers but non of the staff knew of such, I went from steers to steers with no help until I decided to go with KFC which wasted my fuel going from one steers to another because staff had no idea

Until one manager at festival mall told me that no information of such nature has been communicated to them nor the system has such log ins to access the vouchers
