Worcester Steers inferior food quality

<p>I bought some Steers take-aways for the family today, and I must say, the quality of food was absolutely inferior.</p> <p>Firstly, my wife ordered the 180g riblets, but coming home and plating up, the ribs was almost none existent. There were only 3 little ribs, understandably for 180g, but the one piece was mostly tough pieces and almost no meat, and the other two was mostly bones, almost no meat... The taste wasn't good either like we remember.</p> <p>Secondly, my Hero Steak roll was also not good. I'm not sure if it was even steak on it, it surely didn't taste like any steak I've ever had, it tasted more like a processed meat of some sort.</p> <p>Thirdly, the chips was cold and not nice at all.</p> <p>Lastly, we were told upon placing the order that it will take 20 minutes, which I don't have a problem with, as long as the food is fresh and hot, but we only got our food over 30 minutes later, with the quality not good at all.</p> <p>I think the quality of Steers food took a really bad turn for the worse, and the Steers of old is certainly not evident in the food we received tonight. Something need to be done to get this sorted, or I will never again order from any Steers.</p> <p>At least the service was better than the food.</p>
