Why is Steers in Springfield selling expired food?

I bought a breakfast pita at steers in springfield (durban). They served me without a fork and knife. I wondered why? Even after asking for the cutlery I had to wait a long time. When I finally got the cutlery, I couldn't cut through the Pita cause it was dry and hard, It had expired and was not edible. I sent the meal back and I was given the option of a refund or have another one. Even though after I had asked them why would they serve me stale food, the lady told me that they were having the same stale issues with their stock. I kept calm and cool, even though they served me knowing it was stale. I got my refund and bought two small Beef, Bacon, and egg burgers for take away. <br> I should have looked in the pack. When I eventually set down to eat, there was no bacon in the burger and the beef patty was disgustingly stale as well.<br> <br> Will never buy there again, I've tolerated their bad habits for far too long.<br>
