Where's my chips?

On Saturday 2020.10.03 i bought a Steers mix it up meal from MONTE CASINO Steers. Order #33 if i remember correctly. Got home and found they didn't pack x4 chips. Too far to drive back. Contacted them on their website, but to date no reply. Disappointed! Won't see me again thank you
