What Steers flame Grilled Chicken special?

On Friday 14 March at about 16h45, I placed an online order to Steers for the Flame Grilled quarter chicken and chips which is their special running at the moment. After ordering at 16h45, you expect that by 17h00, the order would be ready to go. Not in my case. I have to wait another 35 minutes before my meal was ready and in this time, the chips that came with the meal were standing getting cold. What I got, was absolutely shocking and I have photos. there was nothing flame grilled about this chicken. It was a boiled lump of chicken. I wish I had checked it before going home. It was so bad, that I had to post on Hello Peter. To add insult to misery. I immediately called Steers care line, only to be told that an agent would be in touch. It is now Tuesday 4 days later and I am still waiting for the call.
