What is the online ordering feature for???

I believe a formal training needs to be done and the workers be told what online ordering actually means. I cannot order at 15:00pm and when I arrive at the outlet, at 16:12pm I HAVE TO STILL WAIT FOR THEM TO PREPARE MY ORDER!!! I set the time knowing I don't have time to stand in the long queue and wait for my order to be done because you are not even served as priority!! Everytime I place an order online I experience such, they could atleast learn from other outlets that actually call and confirm your arrival to make it easier for both parties if this online ordering is too much for them!

Using the online feature is me trying to avoid inconvenience...please do better!
