What Colored Service!

<p>I visited Steers at Promenade Mitchells Plain on Saturday morning just to buy a milkshake as the machine at Burger King was broken. On arrival there i was met with a row of female backs/rears as everybody was busy but facing the back of house only. I waited a few minutes then decided to loudly ask what was going on here as is anybody going to be served today? The cashier with a tatooed arm Gisela briefly looked at me and told me "ek gan jou nou serve" even though I addressed the back party in English. I told her I worked for Famous Brands once and they ought to be ashamed at the service they are delivering. She just looked at me then took my order and tyurned back again.</p> <p>Whilst this chaos was in progress Gisela called back to the manager to come and help in the front with the packing. He just ignored her after peering to the front. The two ladies in aprons helping I could see was not FOH staff, but wearing aprons. How on earth can a takeaway resturaunt on the Promenade Mitchells Plain operate with ONE Cashier on a Saturday month end morning is beyond me!</p>
