Went to Steers Parow ....Very Bad service !!

I went to Steers Parow on the 25/9/15 I passed there and thought i will just dash in quick to get the special they have 'get n go' burgers.....I have no idea why they call it that as I waited an hour for mine ....My order was #93.<br> <br> When i got there it all seemed OK until there was a mix up with another customer order and also from what gathered they had no Macon for this customer.<br> <br> Any way the drama started when the manager walked in she had on normal clothes a floral dress and she wore specs. She was so rude to the staff about this order that she just went berserk ....instead of calming the situation she just made the staff more upset and did not care that this happened in front of customers .....Needless to say that is the reason i ended up waiting for my order for 1 hour... I ordered 3x get n go burgers ...this was my second bad experience and you can bet i will never go there again..<br> <br> You cant be in management and treat staff like that in front of customers it is downright humiliating !! <br> <br> This had a ripple effect on all the customers that day had she handled it better we all would have walked out HAPPY! <br> <br>
